Haji Mulla Husayn's settlement, 1884
The document reads, in part: Haji Mulla Husayn, the preacher, settled his property in Sarshur district to his two underage sons, Aqa Shaykh Muhammad Baqir and Aqa Shaykh ʻAbd al-ʻAli. Until thirty years from the date of this document, the benefits of the settled property are for Haji Mulla Husayn. When he dies and the underage children come of age, with the knowledge of their mother, who will oversee the execution of the will, they have to pay 200 tumans of the benefit as Khums [religious tithe] over the course of four years, paying 50 tumans each years. Settlement, 1844
Settlement, dated November 29, 1844, between ‘Ali, son of A[qa] Mirza Javad from Khuzan, on behalf of the underage children of the late Muhammad Shafi‘, son of Aqa ‘Ali, and Haji Badi‘, son of the late Aqa ‘Ali Muhammad, exchanging some land in Shams Abad for forty tumans. The note on the verso indicates that on November 21, 1847, Muhammad transferred the mentioned property to his wife, Baygum Khanum, daughter of Haji Malik Muhammad from Khuzan, in a separate document.

Shuhrah Banu's claim and settlement regarding her mahr, 1879
After the death of Mulla ‘Abd al-‘Ali, the son of Mulla Ahmad ‘Uryandibi [Ayrandibi], his two wives received their shares, but one of them, Shuhrah Banu, the daughter of Mashhadi Murad ‘Ali, has claimed that she has not received her mahr. Since ‘Abd al-‘Ali has not left a will to clarify whether he owed Shuhrah Banu her mahr or not, the matter was settled with five tumans and five thousand dinars.

Two letters, 1890
On one side: a letter dated March 16, 1890 discusses sending ivory from Kurdistan and mentions that the writer has refrained from speaking to the servants of the lady; on the other side: concerning the objections of the mother and grandmother of the underage Fath‘ali, the writer discusses the late Mirza Ishaq Khan's will and states that the executor and the guardian of the underage child have been assigned. It determines the shares of his wife and sons after deducting his debts. There is no room for complaints from his mother and grandmother.

Managing Mirza ‘Ali Khan's inheritance, 1916
After the death of Mirza ‘Ali Khan, son of Mirza ‘Abd al-Karim Khan Mu‘tamad, and the testimony of his brothers (with Mulla Mirza Ahmad Shaykh al-Islam's presence), regarding the absence of a male heir, his properties were divided amongst his wives and daughters, and the management of the rest of his properties was assigned to his older brother, Mirza Muhammad Riza Vazir. Now, after one year, because of Mirza Muhammad Riza's illness, this responsibility is transferred to his brother, Mirza ‘Abd al-Ghaffar Khan Mu‘tamad al-Iyalah.
